Sunny Disposition

Our sunflowers are in full bloom right now. We planted several tall varieties this year ranging from yellow to orange to deep red. If I were to be a flower I’d definitely choose to be a sunflower. Determined to grow anywhere their cheerfulness brings a smile to all who see them.

Jack and I also tried a dwarf variety called Sunspot. These blooms with the sunny disposition will be the models for my next painting. You can see some of our taller Sunflowers in the distance.
